  2.  Open the app and tap on “Sign Up.”

  3.  Choose the option to retrieve your online banking login details. You can do this by entering your 10-digit account number, card PIN, and the OTP sent to your registered number and email.

  4. Your online banking User ID/Email and password will be sent to your registered email address.

  5.  Enter the provided credentials into the app and log in.

  6. Select “Yes, authorize this device” to allow the app on your phone.

  7. Select your preferred transaction authentication method (PIN or Token).

  8.  Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the registration process.

  1.  Open the GTWorld app on your smartphone and log in using your User ID/Email and password.

  2. Tap on the Profile icon on the top-left corner of your Home screen.

  3. From the profile menu, select the option to reset your secret question.

  4. You will be required to go through an identity verification process via Smart Selfie. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete this process.
