There are two main ways to share data on Airtel: Me2U and Gifting.

You can “share” or “transfer” from the data allowance of an already purchased data bundle to another customer.

How To Transfer Data On Airtel using USSD Code 

1.Dial *312# on your Airtel line.
2. Choose the option from the menu that relates to data sharing.
3. Enter the Airtel phone number of the person you want to share data with.
4. Select the amount of data (in MB) you’d like to share.
5. Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation SMS

How To Transfer Data On Airtel VIA MyAirtel App

  1. Log in to the app using your Airtel number and password.
  2. Tap on the “Data” section, usually located on the app’s home screen or in the menu.
  3. Select “Data Me2U”: This option allows you to share data from your active plan with other Airtel users.
  4. Enter the Airtel mobile number of the person you want to share data with.
