First Bank plc customers can now transfer money to friends and family, buy recharge cards, check account balance within Nigeria and abroad so long their phone number is on roaming why you are away from Nigeria.

The magic code that can perform all transactions is called FirstBank USSD*894#.With *894#, the mobile phone has become a mobile branch.

The *894# USSD service makes banking services available across all GSM networks, on any type of handset or device; iphone, android, blackberry and even simple feature phone famously referred to in Nigerian lingo as ‘kpalasa

With first bank ussd code Banking transactions can now be performed on the go irrespective of location or time as there is no worry of internet connectivity or a token device, but only a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Please note: This USSD service is delivered on the customers’ registered phone numbers linked to their FirstBank accounts.

All Airtel, MTN, Globacom and Etisalat networks subscribers can use and enjoy the services.it’s seamless, fast and secure for transaction.

HOW TO CREATE FIRSTBANK 5 DIGIT PIN

To register for First bank ussd code Dial *894*0#; enter a four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) linked to the debit card; create a five digit PIN, and the registration is complete.

1*. Dial *894*0#

2*. A list of masked debit card numbers linked to your account is displayed

3*. Select your preferred debit card

4*. Enter the 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the selected debit card

5*. Create a new 5-digit PIN – This is your Firstbank transfer pin.

To send or transfer money from First bank , simply dial *894*Amount*Account Number#;

2. Select beneficiary bank; confirm amount, beneficiary name

3.Then enter five-digit PIN;

4. then select account to debit.

3. You should be able to see your balance on your dashboard. You will have a list of navigation options if you do not see your balance. Go to the “Check Balance” option and tap it. Your balance will display on the screen.
