Nigeria COVID-19 “Coronavirus Cases”Update

As Nigeria face the dread Coronavirus Disease, 214 cases have been confirmed, 25 cases have been discharged and four (4) deaths have been recorded in Nigeria as at 4th April.2020.

The North-East region with confirmed cases of COVID-19, Bauchi State increased from three to six on Saturday evening including Governor Bala Mohammed who has been in isolation.

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control announced that Adamawa, Taraba, Gombe, Yobe and Borno States are yet to record any confirmed case of the virus which now top 214 in Nigeria as of Saturday night.

Ngeria Business hub,Lagos state has the highest number of infections with 109 cases while Abuja follows with 43. The two cities are currently observing a 14-day lockdown as part of measures to break the circle of community transmission of the novel virus.
