Lille football club have set staggering €100m if they want to sign Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen by European heavyweight clubs.
The French Ligue 1 club player who has been nominees for the Nigeria Pitch Awards along with Manchester United striker Odion Ighalo and Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi for the King of the Pitch Diadem have scored 18 time in 38 appearances in all competitions in 2019/2020.
The ed state born star,has been linked to clubs like Liverpool, Barcelona and Arsenal who all need strikers.
Osimhen’s impressive form for French Ligue one outfit has not gone unrecognised as he also got a mention in the Striker of the Year category alongside Ighalo and Villarreal’s Samuel Chukwueze.
According to French magazine, Le 10 Sport, Liverpool who enquired of Osimhen’s services have been told that they will have to come up with an offer of €100m (£92.8m) if they want to sign Victor Osimhen from Lille during this summer’s transfer window, so as to surpass the €80 million they received for Nicolas Pepe.
