The Duke and Duchess of Sussex Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are currently choosing who they’d like in their close circle of friends as they embark on their new life in Vancouver Island, Canada.
It was reported by source that they reported snubbed Kris Jenner and the Kardashian clan from their celebrity A-list squad. A number of TV hosts, filmmakers and actors have reached out to them, including Kris Jenner. However, they are said to have snubbed the momager’s efforts to get into their close circle.
Meghan has been overwhelmed by the number of A-list celebs who want a piece of her and Harry, so she’s having to be very careful about who they commit to spending time with.
According to insider, Kris has “repeatedly tried” to organise a meeting with Meghan and Harry, but “There has been some unwanted attention, and Meghan has decided to distance themselves from the Kardashians for now.
She wants to be friends with stars who share the same values as her” and to “make big efforts in their careers to give back and improve the world” on issues like climate change and mental health.
Meghan wants to assemble an A-list squad that will help secure her and Harry’s new life in America, and to “prove that they don’t need the royal family to achieve their goals”.
Other huge stars who are eager to be on the A-list include Ellen Degeneres and Oprah Winfrey – who want to do Meghan’s first post-royal life interview.
Actress Margot Robbie, the Obamas, Beyonce and Jay Z are also said to be keen to get involved.
