Argentine football legend Diego Maradona is allegedly set to undergo surgery in Argentina after doctors detected an internal bleeding in his stomach.
The unforeseen news of his admittance to hospital came only hours after Maradona’s lawyer affirmed he would coach in Mexico for a second consecutive season.
Argentine sports newspaper Ole said the ex- Boca Juniors, Napoli and Barcelona midfielder, who drove his nation to the 1986 World Cup title, would have an endoscopy at a clinic in Olivos, on the outskirts of the capital Buenos Aires
