The Los Angeles, California, born singer Adam Levine and his wife Prinsloo have acquired the Los Angeles 3.1 acre mansion belonging to Hollywood stars Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck for $32 million, TMZ report
The 3.1 acre scenic beautiful property sits on a slope in the Los Angeles neighborhood.
The compound, which includes a tree-lined and paparazzi-proof garage, was planned by vaunted architect Cliff May in the late 1930’s, and was claimed by screen legend Gregory Peck in the late 1940’s and mid 1950’s.
Variety reports that, Uber-maker Brian Glazer got it in 1992 and sold it to Ben and Jen in 2009 for $17.55 million.
The couple supposedly made broad renovations more than ten years that they possessed the property.
It includes three structures that means an incredible 16,000 square feet and comes finish with a pool, b-ball court, gym, screening room and art studio.
Prior to Ben and Jen concluded their split in November they had been endeavoring to sell the house before the deal was done secretly…
When they first split in 2015, Ben moved into the broad underground visitor house on the property, which has two rooms, three restrooms, an entertainment lounge and a state-of-the-art screening room.
