XXXTentacion’s Domestic Violence charges Case Closed after his death
XXXTENTACION’s charges in the domestic violence case have been dropped.TMZ report that There was a court hearing for the trial earlier the week and court decided to drop the charges due to the rapper’s untimely murder.
The 20, years -old was on modified house arrest awaiting trial when he was gunned down on June 18 while leaving a Deerfield Beach motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Fla. on June 18.
The raper was accused of abusing his ex-girlfriend Geneva Ayala while she was pregnant with their child. He was also facing charges for witness tampering because prosecutors believed he pressured Ayala into not testifying against him. Those are are also expected to be dropped.
The rapper 20, born Jahseh Onfroy, who was fatally shot on June 18, her girlfriend Ayala started a GoFundMe in October 2016 to raise money for surgery to repair bone fractures in her face and left eye socket. In a February 2017 interview with XXL, XXXTentacion denied the allegations and accused Ayala of “lying and scamming.” He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Police authorities have arrested and detained three suspects for their alleged involvement in the shooting and indicted one additional suspect who is currently at large.
