Eto’o join his former colleagues in Qatar, including ex-Barcelona teammate Xavi Hernandez, who plays for Al Sadd, and Wesley Sneijder.
The four-time African player of the year is the latest big name to join Qatar’s domestic league as the country gears up to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
