The socialite Kourtney Kardashian and Younes Bendjima have called it quits after nearly two years of dating.
The relationship “didn’t end well” but that Bendjima doesn’t appear to be too heartbroken as he has been seen hanging out with friends on a beach in Mexico.
Kardashian and Bendjima first met in Paris in October 2016 — just one night before her sister Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint. Bendjima, who is Algerian and speaks fluent French, acted as a translator throughout the ordeal.
The news comes as photos of Bendjima getting cozy with another woman in Mexico on Monday surfaced on TMZ. On his Instagram story, Bendjima denied the situation was romantic, writing: “They really want me to be the bad guy. F— your Hollywood bulls—, can’t have fun with your friends no more.”
TMZ shared photos of Bendjima reportedly getting cozy with Jordan Ozuna, a former Hooters waitress, during his vacation.
Though, Bendjima denied anything was going on between the pair. “They really want me to be the bad guy,” Bendjima wrote on an Instagram story Tuesday, including a screenshot of a Daily Mail article about his “rebound” girl.
Kim Kardashian West has also sent some serious shade in Younes Bendjima‘s direction Tuesday following his split from Kourtney Kardashian.
It seems that snap, combined with the photos of the model looking very cozy with a woman that was not her sister, left Kim, 37, far from impressed.
As for Kourt’s baby daddy, Scott Disick … he and 19-year-old Sofia Richie are still goin’ strong … and Richie turns 20 later this month.
Many Kardashian fans took issue with Bendjima’s comment, though the model claims it was just a joke, according to Us Weekly.
“No one thought their relationship would last this long, but Kourtney is very happy,” said the source. “Kourtney’s family really likes him. He is the opposite of Scott. He doesn’t party, isn’t flashy and really treats Kourtney with a lot of respect. It’s obvious that he really cares about her.”
Nevertheless, Kardashian did her best to keep the relationship as private as possible — even after being pressed by her sisters to open up about Bendjima in front of the Keeping Up cameras.
