Rob Kardashian has filed a lawsuit against ex-fiancée Blac Chyna for alleged assault, battery and vandalism as drama between both ex couples continues after the 29-year-old model allegedly tried to strangle him with an iPhone cable last December.
The 12-page complaint delves deep into Chyna’s history with the Kardashian clan to paint an unflattering pattern of alleged bad behavior.
Kardashian claims in the lawsuit that he suffered injuries to his neck as a result of the alleged incident. He claims Chyna caused $100,000 in damages to his house — which he was renting from sister Kylie Jenner at the time — by breaking down doors, kicking in walls, smashing a TV, destroying an iPhone and wrecking a gingerbread house that was on display for the holidays.
Kardashian says he managed to escape Chyna’s grasp, but she continued to chase him. She “repeatedly struck him in the head and face,” and ripped the collar of his shirt, he claims.
The lawsuit filing — which was first reported by The Blast — comes just weeks after Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, told ET that the former couple had reached a custody agreement in regard to their 10-month-old daughter, Dream.
“Chyna is pleased that Rob has agreed to peacefully co-parent Dream with her, as she has been requesting all along,” Bloom said in a statement, adding that despite reports, Kardashian does not have more than 50-percent custody.
Kardashian’s attorney, Robert Shapiro, also told ET earlier this month that “Rob and Chyna are working together to put the best interest of their child first and have amicably resolved their personal matters.”
