The singer and songwriter Katy Perry has been sued by a woman who claims she lost her big toe while working on the singer’s tour in 2014.
TMZ report that, Christina Fish claims in a lawsuit she was hired as a stagehand for KKatheryn Elizabeth Hudson Prismatic World Tour in Raleigh, N.C.
The suit claims she was asked to help move a wall which got stuck and rolled across her foot.
Christina Fish, said blood was gushing out and no one in the crew call an ambulance; instead she had to call a friend to take her to the hospital.
Christina is suing Perry, Live Nation and a number of stage production companies over the incident.
She also alleged that she was unable to use her foot for months and is claiming emotional distress because the doctors instructed her to keep her “dead toe” on for as long as possible for a clean amputation, became gangrenous and had to be amputated.she added”.
