Man United 1-1 Celta Vigo (2-1 agg) reach First Europa League Final

Manchester United play 1-1 Celta Vigo (agg: 2-1) at Old Trafford yesterday to to set up the club’s first ever Europa League final appearance against Dutch giants Ajax.

Marouane Fellaini’s header in the first half doubled the aggregate advantage for United and ultimately settled the tie.

The cross from Marcus Rashford, who scored the decisive goal in the first leg, was perfectly placed for Fellaini to guide home.

Celta, needing two goals, Facundo Roncaglia gave Celta hope with a late headed effort to put Old Trafford on edge.
