Leaving the White House Will be ‘Bittersweet’: ‘I Find Myself Choking Up says Michelle Obama

The United States out going First Lady Michelle Obama venture out on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday 2oth September,2016 to promote her initiative, Let Girls Learn, and talk about leaving the White House.

Michelle was hosted by FLOTUS a Broadway concert for the United Nations General Assembly on Monday.

The First Lady said. “We know that we have to be on the ground. You can’t change culture if you’e not a part of the culture. Every community is different.”

Michelle Obama was ask by Colbert how it felt to spend her final months in the White House, she said it’d be hard to leave a place full of memories.

The United states first lady respond, “It’s definitely bittersweet. Everything is the last and I find myself choking up. We’ve raised our kids in the White House,” she said. “We live in a house where people care about us and love us. It’s going to be hard to walk away from that.”
