Reps Summon 3 Accused Lawmakers, US Ambassador for Alleged Sexual Misconduct

The House of Representatives joint committee on Ethics and Privileges and Foreign Affairs, have summoned the US Ambassador to Nigeria, James Entwistle, to appear before it on Thursday 14th over the alleged sexual misconduct by some lawmakers during their visit to the US in April this year.

Entwistle had written a letter to Yakubu Dogara, speaker of the house, alleging that Samuel Ikon (PDP Akwa Ibom), Mohammed Gololo (APC Bauchi) and Mark Gbillah (APC, Benue) allegedly sought the services of sex workers while they were attending  Leadership Program in the US Cleveland hotel US 

They are to appear before the committee on July 14, over the allegations brought by the envoy that the three Nigerian Lawmakers engaged in illicit activities while in the US.
