In a recent chat with Sunday Scoop, the actress says she’s not under pressure to get married.
“I wonder why people cannot just mind their business. Whose business is it whether I get married or not? For Christ’s sake, it is a personal decision and people should just respect my privacy. I am not under any pressure to get married as I have a lot of more constructive things to spend time on. If it comes, I will gladly walk down the aisle and if it does not, I will take it as the will of God.”
The actress also affirmed her earlier statement that most single mothers are not truly happy with their status. She said:
“I don’t think any right-minded woman would want to be a single mother. It is usually a matter of circumstance and not choice. Most of the single mothers you see out there acting like they’re enjoying it actually cry their eyes out in their closets. It takes two people to make babies and I don’t see why one person should be saddled with the responsibility of raising the child.”
On what she has been up to recently, Empress said:
“I only decided to take a break from acting to focus on other things but my fans should expect me back soon.”
why she had not yet married.
Her reply:”I feel like a lady who is not yet wedded. I am a realist. I am not the sort of lady who conceives that things simply come to you. It will come sooner or later.
It is difficult for individuals like us in the spotlight dissimilar to others. What kills us here and there, is needing to be great. Many people who extravagant you presumably don’t favor being in the news.”
About being a babymama, Empress opined that there is a great deal of double dealing about the pattern of “baby Mamas” in the business. She proceeded:
“The vast majority of them, who imagine that they are glad about being ‘ baby Mamas’ go home and feel frustrated about themselves longing that have an appropriate man.
“I have companions who feel that they must a specific age and they are not taken. Nowadays, there are 30 ladies to a man. There is no weight on me for not being hitched on the grounds that I originate from an edified family.
“The greater part of the things happening in the business are not empowering. This week, you are upbeat and have a major wedding, the following, you have separated. What is the quintessence?”
