Complete list of winners and nominees Grammy 2018 award as South Africa’s Ladysmith Black Mambazo wins 5th Grammy

The 60th Grammys Ceremony which took place at New York City’s Madison Square Garden this Sunday.

Bruno Mars won all six of the awards in major categories he was nominated for,he won prizes of album, record and song of the year, while Jay-Z, now a reigning elder of hip-hop and the music business in general.

Kendrick Lamar, Jay-Z and the Puerto Rican duo of Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee “whose song “Despacito” was 2017’s biggest”, the academy seemed to be acknowledging that, in a rapidly changing world, great pop should strive to embody new values instead of merely upholding the old ones.

The South African group Ladysmith Black Mambazo have won their fifth Grammy.

The group was nominated in two categories including the Best World Music Album category for ‘Shaka Zulu Revisited: 30th Anniversary Celebration’ and in the Best Children’s Album category for ‘Songs Of Peace and Love For Kids and Parents Around The World’.

The group won in the Best World Music Album category for their album “Shaka Zulu Revisited: 30th Anniversary Celebration.”
