The 21yrs old woman Washington Seattle resident who claims hip hop star Nelly rape her said he forced her to have sex without a condom after a boozy night of partying at a club in Washington, where she and her friends drank at his table and got a little tipsy and kicked her off his tour bus when she refused his hush money.
TMZ reported the new details a day after the “Hot in Herre” rapper – whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr. – was arrested for rape in the second degree charge.
Seattle resident said,she was then invited to an after-party by Nelly’s people and drove in their convoy. She said after the party, she was taken to Nelly’s tour bus.
When she got in Nelly’s room, she claims he tried to have sex with her but she said no. He didnt like her response and told her to “shut up” and said he wanted to have sex with her without protection. She said she declined, telling him that she didn’t want to have sex with him without a condom, but he still went ahead and did it.
According to TMZ,The accuser said that, after she was booted from his bus, another woman threw $100 at her after Nelly offered her money, but she rejected it and left her in the room and went out. Shortly after he left, a woman came up and said, “You gotta go.
Nelly’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum,said the statement that the allegations were bogus and that he and a private investigator were compiling evidence to prove the accuser’s version of events were false.
Rosenblum said the accuser was not credible.
“She’s a person who is making a dangerous, fraudulent allegation to accomplish her own goals,” the lawyer said in his statement.
Nelly took to Twitter on Saturday night to deny the rape accusation.
Nelly has since denied the accusation and hi’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, has also denied it. He said:
He wrote,”It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized. That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety.”
“I am completely innocent. I am confident that once the facts are looked at, it will be very clear that I am the victim of a false allegation.”
“I assure you I will be vindicated. And I assure you, I will pursue every legal option to address this defaming claim,” he added.
