Michelle Obama blast women who voted for Donald Trump

Former US first lady Michelle Obama on Wednesday criticized women who voted for President Trump, saying they voted against their own interests.

“Any woman who voted against Hillary Clinton voted against their own voice,” Obama told the audience during a talk at a marketing conference in Boston.

She went ahead to recommend female voters for Trump were quite recently running with the pack.

“It doesn’t say much in regards to Hillary, and everyone’s attempting to stress over what it implies for Hillary and no, no, no what does this mean for us as ladies?” she asked, as reported by the Washington Times“That we look at those two candidates, as women, and many of us said, ‘He’s better for me. His voice is all the more consistent with me.’ To me that just says, you don’t care for your voice. You simply like the thing you’re advised to like.”

She was ripping into a vast swath of the population — according to exit polls, 41 percent of women voted for Trump in November.

Obama, who campaigned for Clinton amid the 2016 election, was talking as a piece of Inbound, a sales and marketing conference.

When speaking specifically about Trump, Obama took an alternate tone.

she said,”We need him to be effective and successful. He was elected,” she stated, alluding to her and former President Barack Obama’s expectations for the present president. “When you’ve been in that position, you have an alternate point of view.”

The former president spouse, however, has been venturing up his feedback of Trump of late, including taking to Facebook to shoot the choice to move back his DACA official activity for supposed “dreamers.”
